France FR French private Railways VFLI "Voies Ferrées Locales et Industrielles", subsidiary of the SNCF, created in 1998 based on the VFL company. Initialy a shortlines/industrial operator, the company operated more and more trains on the national network, becoming a major french freight operator. It was integrated in Captrain in january 2021.
